All orders are shipped with various shipping providers.
The shipping providers normally need between 2 to 5 business days depending on location – in some cases it might take longer. Adriatique cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss cost by one of those providers.

All orders for Europe are processed and shipped from BERLIN, GERMANY, from Monday to Saturday excluding national holidays. Orders received on weekends and during holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
Adriatique holds all rights to refuse any orders.

Please be also aware that the occasionally packages can be held in customs which can result in delays up to several weeks. Adriatique cannot be held responsible for any delay or loss cost by those shipping providers

Please also be aware that all international orders are often subject to duties and taxes by the customs of the destination country upon arrival.
Adriatique is not able to estimate, nor cover the extra charges generated by the buyer’s customs office. In some cases, customs are less likely to charge duties and taxes on multiple small orders than one large order. This varies from country to country and we always recommend that you contact to your country’s customs office to see the current duties/taxes.


All requests of returns must be submitted within 14 days after the purchase date and all requests must be accepted by Adriatique. All returns must be delivered with the original tags, unworn, unwashed and unaltered in a new condition. The company has the right to deny credits if the returned item/items do not meet the return policy already stated. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Adriatique is Unfortunately, unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?’.


All returns must be accepted in writing by MMT_BERLIN:. Please email us the return form with your return request. In order to be accepted, the form must be completely filled out.

We will then follow up with an email to confirm the receipt of the request. All return packages mussed be shipped pre-paid with a proof of delivery. Adriatique cannot be held responsible and will not compensate for lost packages without proof of delivery. All return costs - regardless the reason for the return are to be paid by the customer. Adriatique cannot be held responsible for any return cost. When the item/items are received, Adriatique will credit the same credit card account/chosen payment option, which was used for the original purchase.

All returns will be handled as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to 2 billing cicles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
